View across Meia Praia to Lagos

The Old Town of Lagos is in The West Algarve situated on The Bay of Lagos and  a half an hour drive from the most westerly point of Europe – Cape St.Vincent.

Lagos (2 miles from our villa) is a beautiful, walled town and full of
pretty old buildings. There is a mass of restaurants, bars and interesting
little shops. The local produce market offers a huge choice of fish, flowers
and fresh fruit, and it is still possible to eat a delicious, simple seafood
meal with wine for around  8 or 10 Euros per head.

All sporting facilities are within easy reach. The Lagos beaches offer
sailing, windsurfing, water ski-ing and jet ski-ing. There are several
tennis courts within 2 or 3 miles and Boa Vista & Palmares golf course are only a short drive away.
